Syngenis Ventures
Direct investment into the technologies we understand best, held through dedicated special purpose vehicles.
This is how Syngenis takes direct positions in early-stage RNA and DNA technologies. This is the area in which we have genuine depth. Each investment is held in its own special purpose vehicle and funded separately from the public company. This means that early-stage risk if kept off the Syngenis balance sheet, while every program that it backs draws on the strength of Discovery AI, our laboratories, and manufacturing capability.

How the model works
Step 1
Investment through a special purpose vehicle
Each technology is backed through a separate special purpose vehicle. The vehicle is funded independently, so several programs can run at once, and early-stage risk stays separate from the Syngenis balance sheet.
Step 2
Inventor alignment
The scientists and researchers behind each technology hold direct equity in the vehicle. This is ownership, not a grant or a consulting fee, so the people who created the work stay engaged in its outcome.
Step 3
Revenue back to Syngenis
Every program uses Syngenis manufacturing, quality systems, and intellectual property services. The Company earns revenue from each program it hosts, building a diversified commercial revenue stream that scales with each portfolio. Benefits accrue and return to customers with every program undertaken, building a more powerful engine as it goes, ultimately providing solutions quicker.
Step 4
Syngenis acquisition option
Wherever possible, Syngenis retains the option to acquire up to 100% of a successful investment by issuing its own shares. This matters most when a program has delivered validated results, and the Company judges it the right time to bring that asset onto its balance sheet.
Our investments
Syngenis Ventures does not publish details of individual investments at this stage. Information on individual programs will be released as they mature.
